Introduction to Myers-Briggs Type Dynamics
This workshop presents the history of psychological Type and the development of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and Typology for practical use. The participants are shown how to interpret their self-reported findings of the Jung Personality Type. The Eight preferences of Type: Extraversion, Introversion, Sensing, iNtuition, Thinking, Feeling, Judging and Perceiving are defined, explained and related to the participant's Type and those of others in their life. A focus on communication and teambuilding are woven throughout the content of the workshop to help the participants develop their own strengths, recognize their least-preferred Type and appreciate the strengths and diversity of other Types.
